Can parents stay inside the classroom?
For the first few minutes, yes — but during the lesson, parents are kindly asked to stay outside.
This helps children focus on the teacher and classmates, build confidence, and enjoy the full learning experience independently.

What is the minimum number of students for a class to run?
Classes run with a minimum of 2 students.
If the minimum is not met, we will contact parents to reschedule or offer alternative options.
03.
What language is used in class?
Teachers use a combination of Spanish and English, encouraging Spanish as much as possible while ensuring children feel comfortable and understand instructions.
04.
What should my child bring to class?
On the first day, each child will receive a folder bag.
Please bring this to every class so worksheets and activities can be safely stored.
05.
What if my child misses a class?
If you cannot attend, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will arrange a free catch-up class in another group.
If your child is sick, please notify us 2 hours before class and provide a doctor’s note. A free catch-up class will also be arranged.
06.
What will my child learn?

The class age group is similar (e.g. all 3-year-olds or all 5-year-olds)

What if my child is shy or cries?
Our teachers are experienced with young learners.
If a child feels upset, a parent may briefly enter the classroom to help them settle before the lesson continues.

Are learning materials included?
Yes. All learning materials are provided free of charge, including a fun activity booklet designed for young learners.
